Themes from the Sologne region
Some aspects of the Sologne culture deserve a profound explanation.
Living but unknown traditions are often studied by keen amateurs.
Temporary exhibitions of traditions were first organised. Due to the diversity of the subjects and the growing public interest, the museum board decided to continue the research and to develop cultural exchanges.
Thus, these particular Sologne themes gradually become a database about Sologne.
Educational resources
Educational files deal, on the one hand, with general themes about Sologne explained in continuous exhibitions and, on the other hand, with themes connected with specialized collections of the museum (ancient archives, Martin collections,...).
Some of these files are completed by educational workshops (vat paper, visit of the town,...). They are particularly aimed at primary schools.
